A healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience and a proven track record of driving strategic growth and operations excellence in a healthcare industry. He is deeply committed to Mahatme Eye Bank Eye Hospital and aligned with vision of ensuring comprehensive and quality eye care to needy.

Dr. Prashant Ghate
(Chief Manager Operations)

He is a senior healthcare operations leader with over 12 years of experience in hospital administration and EMS management, leading large scale operations across Maharashtra and neighboring states while managing more than 2,800 staff. Recognized by the Government of Maharashtra for COVID 19 leadership and a BBC featured zero casualty record at the Nashik Kumbh Mela, he specializes in NABH, Six Sigma, regulatory compliance, EMS projects, and is an AHA certified trainer and academic faculty.

Ms. Swati Sumesh Paentia Manager (Academics and HR)

She is a double post-graduate and a professional trainer in soft skills and business communication. As Manager – Academics, she ensures quality training and deep learning through programs ranging from OTA training to IOFF fellowships, supporting students’ holistic growth. As Manager – HR, she focuses on building a talented, dynamic team at Mahatme. She is also known for her exceptional skills in compering, singing, and coordination. Her passion and dedication contribute greatly to the institution’s vibrant and progressive environment.

Mr. Chandrashekhar Bopche (Finance Manager)

The Finance Manager at MEBEH leads the finance and accounting team with consistent performance and a focus on continuous improvement. He manages all financial operations, including planning, control, and reporting to the management. He develops and implements strategies to optimize financial performance and ensures accurate and timely preparation of reports like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Coordination with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance is a key part of his role. His financial leadership supports the organization’s stability and growth.

Mr. Vaibhav Dagwar Manager (Stores and Purchase)

A commerce graduate with over 10 years of experience in hospital purchase and store operations, currently working as a Purchase Assistant Manager. Experienced in general purchase, surgical instruments, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Skilled in requisitions, comparative statements, purchase orders, GRN entries, and bill processing. Strong in stock management, record keeping, timely deliveries, and interdepartmental coordination with a positive and team oriented approach.
