Dr. Prashant Ghate
(Chief Manager Operations)
He is a senior healthcare operations leader with over 12 years of experience in hospital administration and EMS management, leading large scale operations across Maharashtra and neighboring states while managing more than 2,800 staff. Recognized by the Government of Maharashtra for COVID 19 leadership and a BBC featured zero casualty record at the Nashik Kumbh Mela, he specializes in NABH, Six Sigma, regulatory compliance, EMS projects, and is an AHA certified trainer and academic faculty.
